Minnie Gardner

Minnie Gardner obtained her B.A in Psychology from Norfolk State University in 2005 and M.A. in Professional Counseling from Liberty University in 2010. She is focused on helping patients gain insight into their current challenges, behaviors, and beliefs. She believes that being healthy mentally is key to being healthy physically. It is her goal to provide patients with an environment that allows them to openly share, while feeling supported, and safe. Her next goal is to empower her patients to make healthy decisions by developing strengths that will improve their mental health and sculpt them into the person they are striving to be. With motivation and the willingness to change anything is possible.
