Dr. Moniqueia Flint, DNP, APRN, FNP-C

Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Doctor of Nursing Practice

Dr. Moniqueia Flint is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care across the lifespan. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from James Madison University and completed her Post-Master’s Family Nurse Practitioner certificate at the University of Virginia. She also holds a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Hampton University.


Dr. Flint began her nursing career at St. Mary’s Hospital in Richmond, Virginia, and has cultivated a diverse healthcare background through years of clinical practice and the unique experiences gained while supporting a military family. These experiences have provided her with opportunities to care for patients across a variety of healthcare settings and populations. Her experience includes cardiac care, emergency services, community health, labor and delivery, primary care, and nursing education.


As a Family Nurse Practitioner, Dr. Flint has provided comprehensive primary care through organizations including Sentara Medical Group, Marathon Health, and CenterWell Senior Primary Care. She has extensive experience managing acute and chronic health conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, and preventive health needs. She is passionate about empowering patients through education, personalized treatment plans, and a collaborative approach to wellness.


Dr. Flint is committed to building meaningful relationships with her patients and helping them achieve their health goals through evidence-based, compassionate care. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the Virginia Council of Nurse Practitioners. Outside of practice, she enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, and participating in community outreach initiatives.
