Carleah Johnson

Carleah is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She obtained her Master of Science in Nursing in February 2024 from Walden University. Prior to that she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Hampton University in 2006 and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University in 2019. She has a background in School-aged childcare, Emergency Med and Dementia care. She believes in delivering patient-centered care and is passionate about helping patients to become the best versions of themselves.
