Brittany Gray

Resident in Counseling

Brittany graduated from Virginia State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work. She then obtained her Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Norfolk State University in 2019. She has worked with different populations to include children, adolescents, adults, and families. She has experience with clients that are dealing with anxiety, depression, anger issues, behavioral issues, and low self-esteem just to name a few. Brittany utilizes person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, and solution-focused therapy techniques. She has a passion for empowering those that feel unseen and unheard as she strives to assist everyone with discovering their strengths and overcoming barriers. She believes in providing non-judgmental and genuine support to everyone to ensure a healthy therapeutic relationship. Her main goal is to ensure an emotionally open and safe environment, so that her clients are able to feel comfortable enough to go through the process of healing and personal growth.
