Anna is a Resident in Counseling and holds a Master of Science in Education (MSEd) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Old Dominion University.

With experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds, Anna is committed to providing compassionate, trauma-informed care. She works with individuals aged 11 and up, offering support for a variety of mental health concerns. Her therapeutic approach is collaborative and client-centered, empowering individuals to navigate challenges and achieve personal growth.

Anna is passionate about fostering a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions. She is dedicated to helping clients build resilience and develop effective coping strategies on their journey toward well-being.

In her free time, Anna loves traveling, going to the beach, reading, and spending quality time with family and friends. She believes in the importance of balance and self-care, values she encourages in her clients as they work toward their goals.
