Aisha Gatling, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC attended Old Dominion University where she earned a Bachelor’s in Biology/ Pre-medicine in 2009. In 2014 she changed her pre-med focus and earned a second Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Norfolk State University. Aisha spent five years understanding the comprehensive components of bedside nursing and patient care. In 2019 she returned to Walden University where she earned her Masters in Nursing, with a specialty in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Aisha understands a patient-centered approach will help improve the individual outcome. She believes combining cognitive, neuroscientific and holistic principles will help support the person as a whole.
